History
Since its foundation in 1995, Vieira, Rezende, Barbosa e Guerreiro Advogados has been directly involved in the major developments in the Brazilian “new” economy: expansion, diversification, privatization programs, state intervention decrease, modernization, and competition.
The firm has been involved in a wide range of projects related to Brazil’s economic development, offering services related to the legal aspects of acquisitions, sales, investment and corporate finance structures. Examples:
