Transfer of equity interest
- We represent strategic, operational, institutional and financial investors willing to acquire or dispose of equity interest, including: due diligence investigations; interface with regulatory authorities; investment planning, in areas such as tax and corporate management; draft of relevant protocols, memoranda of understanding, related agreements and corporate documents.
