- Provide legal assistance to Intelig, a company controlled by National Grid, France Telecom and Sprint, as provider of national and international long distance telephony services.
- Our services include:
- corporate transactions and negotiations among shareholders;
- drafting, negotiation and finalization of the company's main operational contracts (national and international interconnection agreements, rights-of-way agreements, infrastructure sharing, leasing of dedicated lines, acquisition of software, technical assistance, charging and joint invoicing agreements, construction and maintenance contracts, engineering, construction and supply contracts, capacity exchange agreements);
- corporate financial structuring;
- representation before the National Telecommunications Agency - ANATEL; and

- Provided legal assistance to Global Village Telecom Holding, a regional fixed telephony operator.
- Eletronet 1999
- Provided legal assistance to National Grid in the bidding process for the acquisition of equity interest in Eletronet S.A., a subsidiary of Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S.A. - ELETROBRÁS and holder of the right to exploit the infrastructure of the power transmission concessionaires.
- Sistema Telebrás 1998
- Provided legal assistance to France Telecom and France Cables et Radio in the bidding process for the privatization of the Sistema Brasileiro de Telecomunicações - TELEBRÁS (including both fixed and mobile services in Brazil).
- Banda B 1997
- Provided legal assistance to France Telecom Mobiles in the bidding process for the rendering of mobile services in Brazil, including negotiation with potential partners, constitution of an investment group and interface with the Ministry of Communications.
- Companhia Riograndense de Telecomunicações 1997
- Provided legal assistance to France Telecom in the biding process for the acquisition of minority equity interest in Companhia Riograndense de Telecomunicações - CRT.
Cable TV
- Latinvest Asset Management 1997/1998
- Provided legal assistance to Latinvest Asset Management do Brasil Ltda, in the bidding process for the operation and exploitation of cable TV services in several Brazilian cities.
Paging
- International Venture Partners 1997
- Provided legal assistance to International Venture Partners - IVP in obtaining license for the provision of paging services, and the organization of a joint venture between Pagenet and Warburg Pincus for the provision of paging services in Brazil, including legal assistance in the incorporation of a private equity fund.

- Provided legal assistance to Alta S.A. regarding corporate network service agreements executed with its clients.
- Compugraf 2001/2002
- Provided legal assistance to Compugraf Telecom Ltda in procuring authorization from Anatel to render Multimidia. Provided legal assistance to Compugraf Services and Compugraf Telecom in respect to corporate and tax restructuring, as well as guidance on day to day corporate issues, especially in connection with the telecom sector.
