- Provided legal assistance to Latintech Capital S.A. in acquiring a minority equity interest in Conectiva S.A., a software company which is the exclusive representative of Linux in Brazil.
- El Sitio 1999
- Provided legal assistance to Globalvest Management Company in the negotiation of a minority equity interest in El Sitio, the largest Argentinean nternet services provider.
- MLab 1999
- Provided legal assistance to Latintech Capital S.A. in the acquisition of a minority equity interest in MLab S.A., a technology and computer systems development consulting business.
- Universo Online 1999
- Provided legal assistance to Hambracht & Quist and to Globalvest Management Company in the acquisition of equity interest in Universo Online – UOL, the largest internet provider in Latin America. This deal formed part of a wider subscription agreement involving several other investors.
- Vesta 1999
- Provided legal assistance to Latintech Capital S.A. in the acquisition of a minority equity interest in Vesta Technologies S.A., a company which develops mobile, broadband and internet services.
- Netvalor S.A. 1999
- Provided legal assistance in the divestiture of the company’s equity interest in Publintel S.A., Bestlife S.A. and in the winding-up process of Gibraltar S.A.
