- Provided legal assistance to pension funds (controlling shareholders of Acesita) in negotiations concerning the association with the French group USINOR and the capitalization of Acesita.
- Companhia Vale do Rio Doce 1997
- Provided legal assistance to a group of pension funds in organizing an investment group to acquire a controlling interest in Companhia Vale do Rio Doce (CVRD). Our work included elaborating an investment strategy, as well as drafting and negotiating the relevant documentation.
