- Provided legal assistance to XL Insurance Group in the acquisition of a controlling interest in Winterthur International Brasil Seguradora S.A. Our services involved the coordination and monitoring of administrative proceedings before the Brazilian Insurance Regulatory Authority - SUSEP, including prior notification and consultation in respect to direct and indirect transfer of control of insurance companies in Brazil.
