- Provide legal assistance to the consortium formed by PRS Comércio e Participações Ltda., SIDECO Americana Sociedad Anonima, LG & E International Inc. and Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. - PETROBRAS in constituting a special purpose company to operate a thermoelectric plant in the city of Duque de Caxias, state of Rio de Janeiro. Our assistance involves the drafting and negotiation of all related contracts, including agreements for the purchase and conversion of gas and contracts for the manufacture and supply of equipment.
